"Needed to have bloodwork done. I waited until the afternoon. Barely any time passed from when I signed in, with a very pleasant receptionist, till the time I went back to the lab. Technician was quick and then I was done."

"I'm giving saint Margaret's hospital, outpatient lab, a five out of five stars due to their courtesy, expertise, speed of service, and customer service. Parking spaces for patients are located extremely close to the main entrance. While I did have to walk slightly further, since the side entrances were closed due to covid-19, there was excellent signage and the main entrance was easy to get to. When you walk into the front doors, there is someone to greet you and they ask if you need a mask and if you know where you're going. Upon arrival at the desk, at the outpatient lab, I was greeted immediately upon walking in by an employee with a wonderful smile she took my information and within 5 minutes my blood was being drawn. Lindsay was the phlebotomist who was assisting me today and I want to tell her a special thank you because I get very apprehensive when my blood is drawn. Sometimes it has taken other phlebotomists a few tries to get a good vein on me but she got it the very first try and it was absolutely painless. I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes and they even validated my parking and I paid nothing."
