"Dr. Guigale is a superb surgeon. I have been a surgical patient at GPOA since 2009. Rotator cuff surgery and follow up; surgical repair of fractured ankle with titanium plate and screws, with follow up care; surgical repair of fractured humerus with titanium also, with follow up since. He's easy to talk to, he keeps me informed, he's extremely competent, has provided exceptional care and treatment above and beyond and is what you hope for in a professional. The staff is courteous and helpful, always. I continue to see Dr. Guigale for arthritis care , and follow up from surgeries. I can't imagine going to anyone else. He answers all my questions, provides excellent care, always, and I TRUST HIM COMPLETELY. Staff treats me extremely well, friendly, competent."

"After a nasty fall and bad break to my humerus I was admitted to Shadyside assigned to this doctor. I never met him in the seven days I was there. Well I guess he was there in the operating room. I had my follow up last week and he spent an entire two minutes, I was not allowed the opportunity to ask any questions. I am so confused from the reviews. He sounds like such a nice man. Perhaps it’s an off month for him. The bright spot is the office staff each and everyone was truly professional kind and empathetic. I would give them at 10 out of 10."
