Got home looked over info pack and some of it directly contradicted his diagnosis. I would not recommend if you want to have discussions or explanations. Old grumpy know it all"

"First visit. Arrived early as requested. Signed in with my name, time of my appointment and the name of the doctor I was scheduled to see. I was told to take a seat and they will call me up when ready. My husband took a vacation day and I left work early to go to this appointment. I sat there for 45 minutes past my appointment time not feeling well at all. My husband finally went up to the window and asked how much longer, He was told that they though I was a no show and he told them I signed in and you told her to have a seat. After their mistake, they still didn't accommodate me, apologized and wanted to reschedule the appointment."

"Love the doctors and most of the staff is very friendly. My most recent visit, though, the nurse was snarky and rude. She was very condescending. I couldn't believe she would be that way around a patient. Wish I could give a higher rating, but things have just gone way downhill since I started going here."
