The Doctor and staff were incredibly kind even more so that we made appointments for a Sunday. Gena the Optician who helped us make our selections and place our order was incredible. She has such a passion for her career and is so patient considering we ordered 4 pairs of glasses and a years worth of contacts. "I went to Lens Crafters for the first time last week. My glasses came in in under a week and I picked them up on a Sunday. The lady who helped me pick my glasses was fabulous! Unfortunately the first day that I had my new glasses, they cracked when I was cleaning them. I did buy the insurance so I wasn’t to worried about it. I took my broken glasses in this morning and to my pleasant surprise they put my lenses into a new frame identical to the one that I loved and bought. The person helping me (Ashley) was super nice and she said she was concerned that the lenses looked like they may have been cut a little too large so she reordered a brand new pair of glasses and lenses for me. She said for me to take the glasses she fixed today and that they will call me when the new and improved ones come in. This was superior customer service! I am beyond happy with the service at Lenscrafters in Washington PA. Oh and I didn’t need to even use the insurance deductible because I only had the glasses for 24 hours before they snapped. I am so thankful for their service and kindness! Way to go Lens Crafters!"

"Such a seamless experience using LensCrafters for the first time. From start of appointment to paying for glasses was about 40 minutes. I had a 5 minute wait time to see Dr. Andrews. He was professional and easy to talk to. Ashley helped me with ordering my glasses and it was clear she knew her stuff. She explained all the options and the costs for each and did not try to upsell anything. I ended up going with the best lenses in my budget since I’m switching from contact lenses to glasses with progressive lenses. I cannot wait for them to come in. I’ll be back next year."

"LensCrafters was very helpful when I purchased my contacts and eye glasses. I was so happy with my entire experience there. Dr. Moffitt was an outstanding optometrist and was soft spoken and sweet. She took her time with my exam, which I really appreciated. I will request her in the future. Gena was the technician that helped me find just the right pair of glasses that looked nice on my face. I wanted color contacts this time, but didn't know what color to choose. Rachel showed me all of the colors and then brought out different colors to try on. She was so helpful.What an easy process it was this time compared to other vision centers. When my glasses came in, I asked for Gena again. She was able to adjust them and I was extremely pleased that they were so comfortable. The whole LensCrafters staff were so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.I will continue to go there.
