Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"I went in today and asked for them to check my oil and Dayton was so helpful and checked my oil which was full but said if I’d like they could check my other fluids which they did and topped everything off and check my tire pressure. Jake was the gentleman who actually did the service for my car and I can’t say enough how professional and courteous they both were. If you need you oil changed I highly recommend this station on Jefferson."

"They did not put the plug back in. And all the oil leaked out. Then when I called to get the guarantee that they promised they did redo the oil change but on the paperwork they put customer dis satisfied. But not the real reason!!!!"

Call Scott the local manager there's no way at this point he doesn't know who I am. I will be calling again tomorrow since the local area manager didn't call me. Original post: As long as all you have is an oil plug and filter you are good. I got my oil changed in March. 5 hours after my skid plate fell off that covers my oil plug. They have still yet to replace it. They swear it us due to shipping issues but I called Honda directly and they told me they could get my skid plate by the end of the week. They never call with updates. Half the time I had to drive to valvoline because the number on their account goes to a call center and they couldn't even get ahold of my local valvoline to answer. When I asked them what was next they said I need to call back later. I asked for a manager to call me last week because I want to go to honda to get it installed because I'm done playing valvolines games. They told me they should get back to me in 2 to 3 days. Shocker I haven't heard from them either. I guess I will call again in a few days."
