"I highly recommend this practice! As soon as I walked in the door, I began to receive excellent service. The young women at the front desk, Melissa and Canise, were both amazing and did not hesitate in answering my many questions as a new patient. They both also did my intake and were very thorough, listened intently and made sure that they understood my concerns. I only had to wait a short time to see Dr. Scott Norris, and he also was amazing. He was very patient with me and took a lot of time to listen to my problem, and as he proceeded with his exam, he explained thoroughly everything he was looking for. They have their own x-ray equipment, which brought immediate results and he was quickly able to give me his diagnosis and treatment plan. He took time to explain different medications and he also gave me printed exercises to do at home and suggested making an appointment in 6 weeks, if I needed him again - no undue pressure. What a delightful visit to the doctors! That in itself is amazing! I was also scheduled very quickly for my first appointment. Outstanding service across the board!"
