"I use to love going to this pharmacy when John was always there. But since I started getting my medications filled here again after a couple years of using a different pharmacy it’s completely different. Every time I drop off my prescription I have to count the medicine there in the pharmacy because they consistently do not give me all of my Xanax and it’s ALWAYS just the Xanax. This last time I went they tried to tell me that I didn’t have a refill left when in fact I had one left. Thank god I keep my papers that they staple to the bag. From here on out I will NEVER use there services again. If you or a loved on uses them I would be VERY careful because they have not just done this to me I know of two other patients they have done the same exact thing to. I believe it’s the lady that works there that is doing this. I think she may be the manager but I might be wrong. She has brown hair in her late forty’s to early fifty’s. Updated- In response to the owner I have gotten three different controlled substances filled there on a monthly basis and they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DOUBLE CHECK THE CONTROL SUBSTANCES at least at the McKees Rocks location they do not and I NEVER had an issue with any of them being short except for my Xanax maybe you should watch the cameras better because it wasn’t just once or twice and like I said on my review it wasn’t just me I know of two other patients that it happened to as well"

"Excellent Pharmacists and staff! Great customer service. They are thorough, knowledge, caring and compassionate. Highly recommended! ** I believe an earlier post (by Jeremy C) may have been inadvertently posted to the wrong place. Primary Care Pharmacy does provide a lot of services but it is a pharmacy not a Doctor’s office or urgent care. Therefore, they cannot order things like an X-RAY/MRI or write prescriptions. Those things are not within their scope of practice. They can only fill prescriptions written by Doctors, Phycian Assistants, Nurse Practioners, etc. Based on the information/$ amounts he listed, he likely went to an urgent care and brought them the prescription to fill. Just FYI and my observation."
