"I have been putting off getting my oral surgery for years. I have what some call an irrational fear of the medical profession but it was with good reason. I met with Dr Kail for my consultation and could tell immediately that he was very compassionate and understanding of my fears. When the time finally came for the surgery, his staff walked me through every step and he told me everything he was going to do before he did it. He was very kind. His staff was very kind. They were also very efficient. This is what every doctor, dentist and medical practitioner should strive to be. I feel like he must have picked his staff specifically to lean towards these personality traits. I told them I was going to Google review this but it took me a long time to put it into words as I'm obviously not doing this experience justice. Basically this review is for anybody out there that has any fear going to the dentist or feels any shame, this practice will definitely make you feel comforted while you're there. They will listen to your concerns and adjust their treatment accordingly. This experience couldn't have gone better. Thank you, Dr Kail, to you and your staff."
