"If I could give less than 1 star I would. The dr who I saw at the Robinson mall location was awful. I believe his name is Christopher Perry. He made me feel like I was trying to scam my eye test. Telling me “you just keep asking for more power”. In reality all I’m trying to do is be able to see! He made sure to let me know my eyes are old (I’m 38) and they’re only getting older and worse and instead of being helpful and educational he just told me to keep pulling what I’m trying to read further away from my face. I It got to a point where he made me feel like me telling him I couldn’t see was wrong. So I shut down and wanted to get out of there. I will never go back I will never tell anyone to go to ANY Visionworks location. Very disappointing. I’m annoyed even leaving this review."

"As a first time patient, I was able to get an appointment online easily and quickly. I showed up to my appointment early to look at frames but they took me right back for my exam. I had plenty of time to try frames on. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want and were honest about explaining exactly what I'd be paying for. I'm so happy my new vision insurance is accepted here."
