Reviews
"Absolutely rude and incompetent staff, extremely arrogant over the phone!"
"Just called this place to book an appointment for an endocrinology appointment, and after informing them I no longer have access to my diagnosis records because its been over 7 years and the records no longer exist, they informed me I would still have to see another doctor to get the diagnosis and then have a referral before booking a treatment. How is this place still operating? If I have to go to another doctor just to book an appointment, I'll just stay with that doctor instead."
"I am a thyroid cancer survivor who also has kidney disease. The nephrology part of the practice is wonderful but the endocrinology is horrible. Leena Matthews is a competent doctor but she is a tyrant. She barks orders and commands at you but she refuses to let the patient get a word in edgewise. Her assistants ( who are all afraid of her are pleasant but incompetent and they frequently change because she scares them). They screw up prescriptions (last one took 3 times before she got it right and that only happened because a competent pharmacist fixed it on their end.). They were supposed to mail me orders for lab work. That never happened. I called the office manager to discuss my concerns. I left a phone message for the office manager but she never called me back. After the unacceptable behavior by Matthews I decided I would go to another doctor in the practice and had my first telehealth appointment yesterday. The new person got busy. When they did not call I called the office and was told she would call me back sometime that afternoon. Apparently they think this is an acceptable way to do business. An hour after my appointment was supposed to have happened I informed them I had other things to do and had to reschedule. Left a message to ask the assistant to call and of course she never returned the call. This is a long review so I hope if you have made it this far and you are a person with health issues I would advise you to STAY AWAY from the endocrinologist part of this practice if you want competent and timely care."
"Upon arrival I was greater with a friendly receptionist and also a very nice and friendly nurse. Dr. Kulick could not have been more informative and affable. He described everything that was involved with my case so that I was completely comfortable and knowledgeable. He is an absolute pleasure to work with."
"I never leave reviews, it’s not my thing, but I also never had such a bad experience like I did at this office. Every single person was rude, belittling, and unprofessional. It was almost incredible how an entire office could be so unkind. Particular shout out to the NP who refused to listen to anything I had to say and treated me like a piece of meat: Congratulations, you were the worst of all. 0/10, never again."
