"Agency is very unprofessional. They claim they're sending a caregiver out but no one shows. You're supposed to have a case manager but have to speak to five different people about the same problem over and over. Despite reporting clocking in/out problems with app, they continually mess up the hours and pay for the caregivers even though a representative calls daily to verify hours. Also, when you call, representatives claim that they can't hear you. Stay away. Update 01/27/24: Tried using this agency again because they reached out and said that they had a reliable person that fit my needs. I decided to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE!! I still haven't received my client rights and responsibilities paperwork that I have been promised. Informed company of change of hours needed, company continues to fail in communication. Sends people out without notification and on wrong shift. Person doesn't show up for shifts on weekend, tried calling after hours and Alona claims noone was assigned or sent to home to work but someone was sent out, clocking in, speaking with Michael at the company about problems with clocking in and pay. Alona claims she never receives voicemail messages about needed changes or problems with caregivers. DEFINITELY STAY AWAY!! These people play around with with clients lives and caregivers hours and pay. caregivers fighting to get paid for hours they worked."

When she calls my Aunt to verify my daughter's hours, she not only does her job, but takes the extra time to check in on my Aunt and ask if she needs anything. She's an employee that goes above and beyond and we hope she continues on with Patriot for many years to come! Thanks, Nikki! You always make our day!"

"My granddaughter works for this agency. Recently, she had an issue with some missing hours on her paycheck so she called the Pittsburgh based office. She said she was transferred to a woman by the name of Mickey or Nikki. Maybe Nicky? The woman was so kind and personable to her while clearing up the discrepancies without being condescending. My granddaughter was left feeling relieved and pleased after that conversation. We can't say enough good things about this agency, but especially about this young lady that day.
