"Scheduled an "appointment" here, lady on the phone told me the address was 200 Hightower Blvd which is across the street. Arrived at the correct address (100 Hightower Blvd SUITE 200) but couldn't find a sign that indicated which floor I was on from the main entrance. This place has a strict policy where if you're late they charge your credit card a ton of money, I bet that's lucrative. STRESSFUL, but I still arrived on time. BTW the ipad they make you use doesn't highlight which fields you need to digitally sign but at the end it asks you if you're confident that you filled them all out, it sounded like a trick question lol. I went up and down that doc a couple times before I found the field I missed and it still asked if I filled all the fields out, like it's not aware of the process of the doc and doesn't make that process easy. You need to use you finger to slowly scroll though like 20 pages scanning for any fields that might need signed. They wouldn't put my HSA card on file - only a credit card. They said if I don't pay my bill on time they will just charge my credit card. I eventually met with someone who told me that I really needed a psyc exam first for the type of care I was inquiring about and because most doctors are so backed up with patients, they recommended it would be best to terminate me as a patient here until I received the exam - really wish they just told me how this process worked over the phone so I didn't waste my time. 3 months later I'm trying to figure out if I owe anything extra after they charged my insurance, because america... I go to log into the website and I get an error saying my account is no longer active so I can't see ANYTHING. Never got a letter in the mail other than the one where they said they were dropping me as a patient. GUESS I'LL WAIT. Wow what a hurdle to receive help, UGH! Oh and on their website the FAQ says that you're entitled to an estimate of services, but I vividly remember the receptionist telling me she wasn't sure how much it'll cost and I'll have to wait until the bill comes to see how much I'll need to pay."

She’s great at understanding my needs and communicating any relevant information about my treatment in a concise and understandable manner. I highly recommend her. Additionally, the billing office staff are a pleasure to work with. I recently had a billing issue that The Nexus Group couldn’t directly solve (since it wasn’t their fault), but they still took the time to do everything they could to help me. The billing office staff were quick to get me pointed in the right direction and the billing office supervisor, Ashley, took almost an hour out of her day to fight for me and get my issue solved. It really doesn’t get better than that."
