"Well my experience for me and my wife was not good. My wife is pregnant and she was having extreme pain, it took 4 hours and then we went back and the doctor told us it was normal to have that pain. He gave us Tylenol and sent us home. It did not help and we did a call with our obgyn for a follow up and she told us they needed to check us more because something is terribly wrong. I’m not one to write anything but they don’t really care for there patients there. It seems they just want to get you out with minimal checking or listening to the patients. I honestly would advise you to pick another er if you can. This is my honest opinion"

"I had best experience giving birth. Excellent Nurses and Doctors and Great Facility, very clean, also our room after giving birth is very spacious and comfortable. I would always recommend St.Clair to all mothers who are expecting to give birth here. They do know how to take care of you well. Excellent!"

"My wife went to the ER in December hemorrhaging. She sat in the waiting room for 1hr and 45mins as a woman came after her smoked 2 cigarettes and was taken back before her that’s when she lost it and they finally took her back. She had an ultrasound and was told it was clear and she would need a D and C and would be discharged. Well the ultrasound was done incorrectly and when the doctor went to do the procedure she was unable to because there was a mass that should have been seen by ultrasound (as we were told) She was thankfully transferred to West Penn Hospital and had 2 blood transfusions. This was the worst experience and ER we were ever in! The GYNE doctor was wonderful and so apologetic and almost in tears when she told my wife the news. Never will we go there again! AHN was wonderful and she is now cancer free!"

"I was at the emergency room yesterday for a medical event I had. The staff was incredible and I was taken care of very quickly. I truly felt that they cared about my well being. The Dr was very concerned about and also that I understand what was going on. I felt from the tests they did I had a much better understanding of what I should do next for my medical condition and they made me feel secure when it was time to go home on what I should do, what I should be aware of and what I should look for if I need to go back to the hospital."

"The staff at Dt. Claire were kind, helpful and skilled professionals. I used the ER last night after experiencing a severe ankle sprain. We were helped into the hospital by the valet. We were helped to register and find care by the front desk. I was taken immediately to a exam room. I received care from a nurse, an intake professional and a doctor. Each person did everything that they could to ease my pain. It is the only hospital I trust with my own healthcare and that of my family."
