"Picked this company and what a mistake I made. They took no well over three months to make the leg. They do not answer phone.The technician nor the company will answer. Everbody who saw the legs said it looked awful.. The lakewood not fit over my pants I could not wear it outside. It hurt when I put it on and it hurt when I moved. The technician would not try to do any modifications in over 3 months he would not work on it or anything he hit. I would not recommend this company to anyone and especially not Bob the technician. They took my money and I have to try to get it back to go through another . The technician told me he could come out and get it and they wouldn't charge.. they took the money anyway and it looks like I won't get it back do not use this company"

"I took my (at the time) 6 month old twins here for cranial remolding helmets. My daughter did not end up needing one, but my son did. Union O&P made the entire process so simple and the doctors were all very kind and knowledgeable. I also really appreciated that there is a parking lot and that I was allowed to bring both my son (the patient) and his twin to the appointments. At a couple other doctor's offices, I was informed that I would not be allowed to bring both children with me due to COVID, meaning I would need a babysitter. But Union O&P allowed my to bring both children, and the entire building was handicap accessible, so I was able to bring them in their giant double car seat carrier stroller with no problems. And to top of my great experience, my insurance paid for the helmet 100% so I didn't even have a copay when we visited. 10/10 would absolutely recommend Union O&P to any friends whose children may need cranial remolding helmets."
