"I had a bad experience. They post on an app that they going to have an event, I went with a lot of clothes to swap but unfortunately they told me that they could take my donations but it was closed to the public to check and take any clothes from there. Plus they sell the items at $1 . I know the price is awesome but it's not a swap."

"Amazing concept! I love to swap here and it is very affordable. The membership is $60 for a yeah and for each swap I believe if you pay online it is about $12. Andrea was such a kind and amazing person. She explained the process of swapping and they have a new location at Times Square I am excited to check out. There is a lot of selection and if you don’t see what you like you will still feel great about donating your items. There are items to buy as well at a part of the store! Will totally recommend membership to make a continuous habit of cloth swapping and being conscious about clothing consumption. I wish there were more of these businesses. The concept is amazing!"

"Wonderful place. They take used or new clothes & shoes. The un-usable clothing will be sent to be recycled. The Swap Stop has lovely articles for purchase. Their purpose of sustainability not only helps keep stuff out of the sanitation dumps; it helps the community by offering good quality clothing at affordable prices. You can purchase 10 articles of clothing for only $15 dollars. Donation accepted Tuesday-Saturday~Noon to 6pm."
