"CAR TOWED!!! I went in on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm. NO ONE ELSE in the office. Checked in with the virtual assistant. Medical assistant and Dr. see me. Check, prescribe all the stuff. I walk outside and my car is gone. I'm freaking out because I think it was stolen. Call the police, wait on the phone, finally figure out it was towed. When I go back inside, the dr. says, "yeah it was towed, they do it kind of fast. That's why we have signs up all over." In astonishment, I look around. There is 1 (ONE) sign right to the left of the window, that says your car will be towed. 1st-If you know the lot next to you, tows cars within 5-10 minutes, what does it take to add 1 extra sentence to check in. "Hey, where did you park? Did you park in the back because they will tow you over here?" 2nd- I'm not feeling good. That's why I'm at urgent care. I'm not thinking properly. I'm thinking about medicine and pain. 3rd- The side of your building, where the parking lot is, is glass windows, where your office is. You probably saw me park and probably saw them tow it. 4th- There are no signs outside the building or around the building telling me where to park. I will never go to this urgent care again. I believe that Walk in Urgent Care, the Hippie Hut and Hound Dog towing are running a scheme together. Someone is getting a kickback. A simple urgent care ended up costing me $25 copay and $160 fee. All the spots in the lot had signs, EXCEPT the one I parked in."

"The place just seems kind of shady and unorganized. I called before going in to make sure they took my insurance and they said that they did. Turns out that they don't. Went for a foot injury and when I got there one of the doctors just looked at my foot and told me my ankle was broken, presumably from a wound on my ankle that happened during the injury. He hadn't even taken X-rays yet. I've broken my ankle before and I knew that was not what it was. And after X-rays it was indeed not my ankle that was broken. Then they called about a several hundred dollar bill which I have not even received yet. The only thing I've gotten is 2 texts with a link that looks super sketchy, and when I called to ask about it I got hung up on. Should've just waited the extra day to go to an ortho doc since I ended up having to anyway. Go somewhere else."

"I visited this facility to get my immigration medical done for both me and my spouse. The team here is excellent and they guided us with exact steps in the process. Dr Hussain was kind enough to give us insight into why this process is necessary too. I had to visit only 2 times to get everything completed. The charges were best compared to other immigration medical service providers. I recommend this facility to anyone and everyone who needs help with their immigration medical services. Thank you all!!"
