"Avoid this company. I was given a competitive bundle rate back in 2022, no claims made at all and suddenly just was given a RIDICULOUS increase on my auto insurance prior to my renewal period. From $368 to $846 !!! Inflation is just an Excuse to scam people! Other insurances are NOT doing what Branch is doing to the clients. Expect this company to go bankruptcy in the next 3-5 years."

"I was hit by a driver that has Branch Insurance. They are very unprofessional and can’t get anyone to call me back to let me know what the status is. We are going on 3 weeks now and only spoke with the adjuster for literally 2 mins. I can not get the adjuster or his supervisor to call me back. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with these people because you will get no where with anyone. They say they will call you back in 24 hours and here it is 3 weeks later and still no word. I have had nothing but a bad experience with them and their insurance license should be pulled from them. This is absolutely uncalled for"
