"Worst service I have ever seen. 10 days to see a patient is unacceptable! This is not for treatment but to determine "if there is a fracture or not". This is ridiculous... If there is an issue this many days after going to the the urgent care, can lead to compounding issues. When I asked why the delay the nurse sounded like an autoreply set on a continuous looping cycle saying "Standard wait times can be 4 to 7 days from scheduling an appointment" again we are at 10 days, so when I asked about the extra time, she repeated her clearly practiced monologue. Best children's hospital in the country..... If this is true I feel bad for the medical care for our youth...."

"Dr Iobst did my daughters guided growth surgery earlier this year and he was wonderful. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and made her feel so comfortable. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming. My children love them all and actually enjoy coming to their appointments here."
