"We have seen Hyfa a few times and she has been amazing in helping my daughter and very helpful with getting some things solved for her. She seems to have the best interest in my daughter and getting her the help she needs. My daughter loves her and feels comfortable w her."

"Place isn't very friendly towards the people that need help with mental health. Pre screening paper work is very patronizing and condescending. Tried to get tested for ADHD, and they assigned me paper that needed done in a short time frame . YEA, OK! THATS LITERALLY THE THING I CANT DO THAT I AM ASKING YOU TO HELP ME WITH . Then during prescreen paperwork it said to show up a half hour early to do paperwork. My appointment was at 8 am . At 805 the receptionist area was still dark and no one was around. If an agency is supposed to help you with mental illness and they can't even be timely, they should find another area to work in. Also, so so many wierd , passive aggressive signs in the reception area. Like ya know when you walk in somewhere and the office Karen has printed signs everywhere that say "wash your own dishes" "no fish in the microwave" yea that vibe. Not welcoming AT ALL"

"Do not waste your time, plenty of other places that care for their patients. I have received five bills in the mail from them over appointments I never had. I have called multiple times with multiple voicemails and I’ve heard nothing from their billing department, or even the receptionist."

"I know everyone here is raging about the reception problem. Yes, their receptionists aren’t good and have very low turnover. HOWEVER, once you get an appointment scheduled, the actual therapy is amazing. I’ve been a patient with Dr. Hatten for a few months now and it has been literally life changing. Don’t let the drawback of the reception ruin your chances of the amazing therapy they offer."

"DO NOT waste your time. I went for an evaluation and it took over a month for them to send the records to my doctor. Canceled my appointment day of and did not use my preferred method of contact so I missed work. When I arrived I was told it would be 2 weeks before their next appointment after I waited 2 weeks for my canceled appointment. I left 3 voicemails and did not get a call back until I said that I would be stopping by the office if they did not return my call. No one ever contacted me to reschedule my appointment."
