"I really like Dr. Sievers and have gone to him for several years. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult to get a hold of his office. I often end up calling and leaving messages for several days and I'm lucky if anyone even calls back. I tried calling on a Monday at 4:24 pm this week and the recording stated the office was closed, and in the next sentence, the recording stated they close at 4:30. My call was transferred to an outside answering service. The person I was transfered to said their office often closes early and unfortunately she could not assist me with any of my questions- I would have to talk to the office. When I asked her the best way to get a hold of anyone at the office, she said I should ask the office that question. I wanted to ask about results from a test I had a week ago- the results were posted on the patient portal and no one has contacted me about them. Communication has become even worse since they moved to the new location on Seasons Road. I would love to send messages over the online patient portal, but the "compose message" option is greyed out on the site. Even if I were to stop by in person, the new location has a centralized check in downstairs and no access to the office staff for Dr. Sievers unless you have an appointment. Having to get a hold of this office for anything is such a headache. I'm considering going elsewhere because I value my GI health and need to be able to communicate with my doctor. I hope this review is not met with a response of "please contact our office to discuss your concerns." Being able to contact them IS my concern."
