How is it fair that only some get kicked out, especially with how hard it is to get into a new doctor these days. I honestly think she just wanted me off her schedule, because I did not feel welcomed back."

"Doctors are great and staff are friendly. The waiting time varies because it really depends on which doctor your child is going to see. They have multiple doctors from other locations going to this clinic to see patients and they open on Saturday mornings too. However, it's difficult to schedule a same day or even the next day visit because they are always full when we call. No urgent or quick care at this location. No lab service on site either. Wheelchair accessible building and smoking free too."

"My sons doctor is great. However the staff really need to hold themselves to higher standards. My two year old just went through his second surgery and is horrified of the doctors now. He was crying in the waiting room and I was doing everything I could to calm him down. The women all stared and were making faces. Then one asked me what my last name was, I told her and she said, "Did anyone tell you that you came early?" I was told to come early to fill out papers! I was not only embarrassed by their behavior towards my son, I was upset because I was doing my best to calm him down. I don't know if I will be going back for his next appointment. I was thankful for his doctor however, that talked with me about his anxiety."

"Last time we were there for 1 month check up, my baby and I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes. Updated my review from 4 to 5 stars. Been going there for 2 years now and we havent had to wait for long anymore. They normally get my daughter in the same day if my daughter needs a sick visit. Everyone there is nice and professional."

"My daughter is 7 and has been going here since she was born. We live 25 minutes away and I refuse to change doctors. The nurse practionet Jane has been seeing my daughter, niece and son for a year and is absolutely GREAT! Dr. Adams and Dr. McRaven are also amazing! They have helped my family so much! We are very lucky to call them out doctors. The staff is very friendly also. Thank you all for being a part of my children’s life! I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!"
