"I like the convenience of it. But not impressed at all. They didn’t really talk to me. Asked way too many questions about past medications. I get that it’s important but I wanted to talk about why I was there in the first place. I think the worst part about all of this is that they don’t have a working phone number. They sent my prescription to my pharmacy late and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to let them know it wasn’t being sent over. I called the front store and the cvs pharmacy and nobody could get me in touch with the clinic. That is absolutely insane to me. What if it was an important medication??? I probably won’t be using it again. Urgent care is expensive but they’re friendly and they probably have a phone number you can access."

"Ripped me off over $100 for a rapid covid test. Unsure why a nurse practitioner is required for this. Full blown capitalist trash. Shut these franchises down."

"Worst experience. The nurse who checked me in was one rude and short with me the from the first moment. She did not accept my explanation of what brought me in today. She asked what I wanted them to do about it and then she questioned decisions made by my own doctor. The worst part is that I’ve had similar symptoms experiences over the years. They are little help here. You’ll get much better healthcare treatment and respect if you go to a different provider location."

"Multiple times I’ve shown up for appointments at the minute clinic only to have the appointments cancelled. The doctor/nurse practitioner on duty cancels the last appointment slots available because they want to leave early for the day. Why are those times even available if you’re just planning to leave early. Then once I’m already checked in and waiting after driving 30 minutes to the appointments, they wanna tell me they can’t see me today anymore. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be returning. This doctor/nurse practitioner needs a reality check."

"I went to the minute clinic to get tested for strep and a uti. Andrea Leon NP right away said that she couldn’t help me with my uti because she didn’t have time and told me I would have to come back tomorrow (so 2 co-pays)…. Rude the entire time, making me feel very dumb and didn’t show any initiative to help resolve my issues. For sure not a good NP. Not to mention the other lady there (not sure her name) was also publicly very rude to another couple of patients. For sure save your money and go somewhere else. Place was a waste of time and money."
