"This location should be investigated for widespread HIPAA violations and careless treatment of private medical information. Avoid at all costs. In the time span of 30 minutes in a waiting room, I overheard 6 separate patients full privacy information (name, phone number, DOB, SS#, PCP, insurance numbers) being loudly discussed along with medical conditions and practices. In this entire time, the patients were never given an option to have this information discussed in a private location. Upon alerting a manager of the negligence to privacy rights, I only received the response “This is how we always have done it here.” Take better care of yourself and your information, and avoid AGH."
