"Dr Lynch’s staff informs us at every appointment that he runs late, and will spend whatever time is needed with each patient. We never feel rushed regardless of the schedule. He does a thorough examination. Explains everything thoroughly, and lets you ask all the questions with no judgment. He gives you all the options, explains the pros & cons of each, making sure you understand, and are comfortable with the treatment plan. Very grateful to have had him recommended to us. Knowing he’s likely to be late, we plan accordingly. Something to read, or other entertainment. No plans scheduled around the appointment."

"Have taken my mother there a total of three times. 1st appointment was good. 2nd and 3rd appointments after waiting an hour in the room for him to come in, an no one coming in to check on us, we got up and left both times. We will not be back! Word of advice: if you have all day to sit and wait, he might be your guy. No respect for patients time. They should change the way they run the schedule. It is no fun sitting in a room for an hour with a mother that has dementia and says every 60 seconds why are we here!"

"My daughter was just in this office today - she had a grand-mal seizure on Friday and this office would not give her an appointment as was recommended by the physician at the ER - her meds obviously needed adjusting. After calling for the past 3 days she goes to your office only to be treated rudely by office staff - while there she has another seizure and gets sent to the ER leaving 2 traumatized children at the office - a phone call was made to another child telling her they need to come pick up the other kids now - not one ounce of compassion -poor medical care -I will be filing complaints with any and all applicable agencies and I will be contacting an attorney! I am a retired nurse and I am sure there is a mad scramble to make sure the medical records will align with your version of events but rest assured , we have been keeping records too"
