"One of the worst customer service experiences ever. In all fairness, some of the blame needs to go to LensCrafters as they are in bed with each other. After failing miserably to get my glasses ordered, I looked at ordering online or through Walmart. I need a license number from their office where my eye exam was done and they won’t reveal it so I can buy elsewhere. Multiple phone calls and messages remain unreturned! Now I’m going to have to pay again for another exam somewhere else. Horrible business practice here!!! Go somewhere with better service like Walmart ."

"We have been going here for several years for eye exams and glasses. My daughter needed contacts for dance. We were worried this would be a big deal. The lady was so patient and made the experience calming. And this resulted in success. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating including the LensCrafters employees. Wonderful environment!"
