She was able to answer so many of my questions about the dress and alterations which made me feel comfortable purchasing from them. Great experience for me - mostly due to Genesis being amazing!!!"

"Despite telling them a budget, they pulled dresses that were not within my budget. I fell in love with a dress, and decided to pay for it partially since it was over my budget. Within a week they called me and were pushy for me to put a card on file, even though the rest of the payment was not due until the time of the alterations appointment in 2 months. I emailed them to discuss these issues, and their response was dull and showed a lack of remorse or care for an unhappy customer. They reiterated in it that they would not start alterations until it was paid in full even though I had explained that I understood this in the previous email. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for these reasons and would implore them to look at other dress facilities first."
