"every time i come into this platos they barely take anything. i always have name brands like nike, free people, american eagle, old navy, etc. and they give me $25 for 8 items that prolly cost $400 total. its a rip off just save yourself time and sell them on fb marketplace or an app. i’m officially done trying with platos."
"Came to this store to sell some clothing after the location closer to me had a days wait. The staff was nice enough when I entered. Dropped off 2 containers of clothes and waited an hour for them to look through everything and pass on all of it due to "skinny jeans and athletic clothing not selling"?? Wild to me that they wouldn't want athletic brands. Save yourself time and gas and just donate your items."
"I called ahead to get their input on over 100 items of clothing. They asked me to freshly wash all of it, which I did. The items were mostly of the brands they ask for. Nearly all only lightly worn. Then after taking them to the store they simply passed on all of them. Every single item. They could not have looked at it all. When I asked questions they gave false responses. Very disappointing. I’ll never go back."
"Drove 35 minutes to drop off clothes. Was informed after dropping them off that the wait time was multiple hours. I ended up having to go back home due to the 6 hours it took to address the clothes. When they told me to come back the next day, they took none of my items. There was Nike, lulu, American Eagle, all trendy brands they were “looking for”. They were freshly cleaned, ironed, and folded. Had I known they wouldn’t take any items I wouldn’t have wasted 70 more minutes of my time driving back out. Just use Facebook marketplace to sell your clothes, don’t waste your time and money here. You’ll get better deals for them and don’t have to wait hours for them to look through the clothes."
"Took so many clean, pretty much new, washed, folded clothes to the store. They took only 5 things out of the whole basket, and said the rest weren’t trending, and missing pieces??? I can guarantee all of the clothes I was willing to give them are trending. They took new leggings I had paid almost 100.00 for, and only things with tags on them. I only got 20.00, for new things I had paid about 300.00 for, with an attitude!"
