"Forever21 has been one of my top stores ...... but recently I was shopping online order about $100 and something plus of outfits on November (ship to the store/store pickup) for Christmas that never arrived so I have to go into the store and spend another $100 on the same items I had order a month ago the store couldnt cancel my order so to this day Im still waiting to receive my money back or the items I have called but havent had luck .... if anyone could help"

"Absolute misleading online sale price when you get to the store they can’t honor any sale price online no matter what the distance you drive the price and the store completely 100% different. No information on the website informing anyone of this and no compensation by customer service if you experience this be aware call the store and check the price of the item you’re looking to buy If shopping originally from an online platform. Will be returning the items whenever I get a chance to be on that side of town again."
"Employees are awesome! Almost always find something. Usually just shop for accessories, etc, not clothing because their only down fall is their clothes sizes are way off and the styles aren't always the greatest. The main thing you'll find are crop tops, etc."
