The new store manager, I’m assuming, and an associate were at the check out arguing very loudly and profanity was used multiple times. In front of me and server all others who were in line. It made me want to just walk out. But I needed the dress for a party. If I didn’t have a reason. I would have left."
"Today I went to two different rue 21 stores. The first one was in Hilliard, they don't carry any jeans over size 14 this is a problem and I felt it shaming bigger lady's and women. The staff were very personable and respectful. I would give the employees a 5 star hands down! Now the second store where do I begin... Tuttle mall I would give a 0 stars!! The store is a train wreck the sizes are everywhere there's no organization in sizes or presentation I asked one of the employees if there was a Rhyme or Reason to the chaos she stated no it's everywhere and pretty much good luck. I probably will never shop at that location again it literally gave me anxiety trying to find my size in certain styles. If you like going through every single rack looking for your size this is the store for you"
