"From the looks of the reviews the state should have been closed this place I just saw a story where they let a woman pass away due to her having difficulty breathing the staff who allowed this should face criminal charges I hope her family gets justice!!!!"

"This facility, refused to give CPR to a women that was having difficulty breathing, stating she was too big to perform cpr. They did not let the EMTs enter in an adequate time. The woman passed away due to negligence of the staff at this facility."

"They give you the impression that they want to help you at first only to throw you back out on the streets. It's all about a check. If you genuinely want help consider somewhere else. Since I left I relapsed and has been having a hard time getting assistance with my situation."

"I'm getting deeper into my recovery here they're very helpful with programs and avenues. I couldn't be happier with their care today I'm grateful to completed my previous programs at landmark and legends. They all serve a purpose and I say today it's about the willingness to obtain a sponsor, home group, multiple phone numbers and multiple sponsorship. Build relationships with others in the program because it is a "WE" PROGRAM. I see so much negativity on here, I realize that most have never read the chapter "working with others" and they have no gratitude. Y-Haven keep doing what your doing. It's minor things wrong with the place, but overall great program and thank you for keeping the doors open for me and others. I have heat, water, food, safe place, meetings around me. For others coming into the program of recovery don't look for the negatives, look for ppl who want their recovery like yourself and stick with those ppl. Thanks for the opportunity"
