"This is by far the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked for, and I’ve been doing this for six years. First of all, every single one of their staff is untrained. They do not train any of their aides and they just blindly send them into peoples home. Secondly, their staff barely even shows up to work or if they even send anyone to work. There is no communication whatsoever. If someone calls off, the client would never know until they’ve gone half a day with nobody showing up for work. The owner has a snarky know it all attitude and can barely even staff her office to get paystubs, paperwork or anything to employees on time. Not to mention they can’t even seem to get direct deposit right. This company needs some serious training, help, efficiency, and attitude adjustments. I would never recommend anyone work here nor would I ever send even the most desperate of clients here to get cared for. Sad excuse for a home healthcare agency."
