Reviews
"Doctors are good but administrative staff is complacent and unresponsive, marginally competent, and sometimes aloof and condescending. Recommend looking elsewhere for your medical needs related to sleep studies and related - this is a purchased service like any other, and the customer (patient) should pay for good customer service in addition to competent performance of the work."
"Had a virtual visit with a sleep doctor today (Margret Heidenreich) and my audio wasn't working. Instead of giving me time to fix it she kicked me off the visit. I thought she would call to see what was going on and no call. I'm just going to go to UH"
"Dr. Hadeh and staff have been very nice, but the system is broken! I had a sleep study done 35 days ago. They were quick to take my money (I was profitable since not covered by insurance) and not a word since. I called today and was told that it was my responsibility to call. How would I know that if I was not advised as such or advised that testing results were available? Every other appointment was planned by Cleveland Clinic. I'm still trying to get my head around someone taking your money, doing the test, and not doing the simple notification you that results are ready, and you need to make an appointment?! You've done the hard work – I just needed a call or email. Must give 3 stars due to poor customer experience. How do you make a sale and not deliver on the product?"
"The building might show its age but the doctors are who you're actually there to see. I've always had an excellent professional experience with the doctors there."
"This place is DID-GUST-ING! From the second our car pulled into the parking garage is total disrepair to the smelly, abandoned building...just awful. The room was FILTHY, the test was started late, and while parents of minors are required to be there, they don't have anything near adequate in sleeping accommodations for you. Spent the night "sleeping" upright in a chair ( that was torn and stained and technically pulled out into a stained, torn, old coil mattress- tucked it right back up!) No blankets (were given some after asking). They came into the room multiple times (once blasting on the lights in full darkness, after that with flashlights to turn on a machine that kept turning off.) The one star? The male tech was so friendly and tried to be helpful. Take some water from home if you need a drink in the night or to take medicine...the rodent traps in the room were the best part!"
