"Dr Lee's office people are so lacking in efficiency it's pathetic. My brother had an appointment three weeks ago today. He was to get two prescriptions renewed. 10 days later I call, leave a message to say they haven't been called in yet. No response. Four days later, I call again, leave a message with the names of the prescriptions, and the pharmacy. Again, no response. I ask the pharmacist to call, they leave a message, no response. Finally, the third call, I get ahold of Rebecca who tells me that the computer didn't send them, but she would. Again, I tell her the pharmacy and the drugs, she says yes. 3 weeks into it today, they tell me that the drugs have gone to the wrong pharmacy. I call the pharmacy, it's the wrong drugs! I call back, within 4 minutes, I m on hold for 4 more minutes, and the receptionist tells me that the nurse has gone home. Still no drugs for my brother. Don't go here. These people are so inept it's scary."
