"Whoever was answering phone calls yesterday, should reconsider changing their field of work if thats how you treat patients. Disgusting, and then act surprised when I get disrespectful."

"I have called several times (minimum 6 times, as well insurance tried to call them) to get my insurance properly billed for a March 2022 visit. I always get voicemail and no return call. December I actually sent copies of my insurance card begging for help to get it billed correctly. Today I received a threat for collections! Terrible and absolutely ridiculous!"

"My Grandmother went here for many, many years and absolutely loved Dr. Mahajan and the staff. So when it came time for my own children to need a neurologist I didn't even think twice on who to go too. Dr. Mahajan and Dr. Gosh are very knowledgeable and great at what they do, they make my children feel safe and at ease, they answer all my questions and help me to understand what the different medications my children are on and how it works to help them, the staff is wonderful, caring and are very respectful. I definitely am glad they are my children's neurologist."

"I DO NOT recommend this office. The doctor was pretty good at exam except he kept asking and pushing his opinion. His staff was rude and incompetent. They gave me the doctors order for further tests and told me it had to be done at mercy hospital. I went to the appointment and was told only one test was done there. I called this office and explained the issue. They said that University hospital could do both. After calling to schedule with EMH, I was told Mercy only did both tests. The one test is a ENG a different test was EMG. Seperate tests. I enuciated the test was EN (as in Nevada)G. The receptionist had to asked her coworker. Then I was told only Mercy does both. I just said I spoke with someone a few minutes ago and was told UH did both. After being thoroughly confused and agitated I said there will be problems if you cant tell me the right info. The office person then said what do you mean. I said that her coworker doesnt understand english after using the letter N in a seperate word. She replied maybe I dont speak clearly! How unprofessional and rude. Perhaps if they did their job with professionalism and integrity they would have scheduled for me and I wouldnt have to write a unfavorable review. Im disgusted by the doctors staff. Shame on them!"

"Has no respect for clients time. Office staff is lacking common curtesy. Probably why the good drs have left the practice!"
