"I have been going here for awhile and I had a case manager whom was supposed to help with. Never answered my calls or messages. Then another one took over and I haven’t heard from her in months. After promising oh I’ll be there for you, etc. my first counselor was great until I didn’t hear from him again that was because he left and no one said a thing to me until I called. Got another one and talked a total of 4 times and never heard back from him. He send out to schedule appointment and I never heard anything and it been over a month. They are not consistent and I will be finding another place to go for help. Hopefully I can have a positive outcome and better communication"

"I searched the entire area for a good mental health provider for my daughter. I brought her to the Elyria Charak in 2020 and loved it so much I also switched providers myself. I love that you can always call and someone is there if you are having any issue. Although I have been the most mentally stable since I started there in years! I have always had to go to the ER when I have any mental health issue in the past. Now I can just call Charak if either of us aren’t feeling well and they will get us in that same day if they can. Very nice staff! Best mental health providers I’ve ever been to! I feel confident and comfortable in their services provided for my daughter and I both. We will continue at Charak and recommend to any seeking mental health care."
