"I had a laminectomy and cyst removed on 2/2/23. The first 2 weeks was no joke! But being 6 months out, I feel amazing! I walk everyday pain free. I'm so much happier now without all that pain. Dr. Dalton explained everything, quite patiently I might add! Saw him before surgery, said a little prayer (never hurts!) and off we went. That pain was gone immediately after surgery. He is my hero! "I hate posting anything negative about someone or their office but after this experience I had to post this. Dr Dalton helped me out back in 2016 with a back issue, I had to wait 3 months to get in to see him and 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting before it was my turn. Fast forward to earlier this year when the issue came up again. I called his office and was told to get an MRI and to call when it was completed to set up an appointment plus I also had to fill out a new patient form as I hadn't seen him since 2016. When the MRI was completed I call his office and was told that the first appointment wasn't until 9/24/2020. This appointment was almost a three month wait and I informed his office staff that I would take a cancellation if one came up and guess what no one called. Today 9/18/2020 a letter arrived saying my appointment was rescheduled to 1/12/2021. When I called the office again and explained that I was in serious pain and that I had already waited a long time the appointment scheduler said sorry that January was the first available one. Being a little upset I called the Cleveland Clinic and got an appointment next Wednesday. A great doctor but very poor service with the office staff not giving a sh-- about their patients. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor as this could be you!!!"

"Dr Dalton did emergency surgury on me in 2008. My vertabre was shattered "like a light bulb" He is so precise and such an expert surgeon that I have never had any pain or problems from this surgury. I would recommend him in a heart beat!"
