"I guess Drs pick and choose who they want to see now. I called with a referral as a new patient with several back issues and bone marrow edema. Receptionist told me to fax referral and clinical notes and the dr would decide after seeing paperwork on whether or not he'd see me. Got a call back saying he would NOT and they cant see "every patient" that needs care. My pcp shook his head in disbelief in this and ive reported it to insurance company. Unreal! Thank goodness my pcp's wife is a neurologist and pulled some strings and got me in within 3 days. Very unprofessional of Leonard to do this, is this why his ratings are what they are? Jerk!"
