"No PCR test results, no communication after 3 days which we needed for school for my son. When we showed up to ask again (their contact number simply ask you to leave name and date of birth - zero response after that) at their kiosk on 8th and 40th Avenue NYC, they asked us to take another test - crazy. Had to find a reputable testing centre and got results with 10 hours. If I new this could be a joke, couldnot have bothered and my son would not have missed his mock paper today. Bad experience, this unprofessional thing should get off the street in my view to give us opportunity to find those that really provide a true service."
"I took a test on Dec 21st. I waited outside in line for 3.5 hours. Before getting in line, I asked the man giving the test if I would still get my results in 48 hours (and that I needed them for travel) despite the overwhelming numbers, and he assured me that there was no problem even though numbers were higher. As of this day I stll have not recieved my results, I was not able to travel and had to cancel all my plans. I tried calling and emailing but to no avail. This lab should be fined for lying to all those people whom I am sure also did not get their tests in time."
"The Facility/Lab was crystal clean and the service/test was performed professionally and quickly. I received my results within hours via phone call and I received a copy of my results/report via email. Everyone I spoke to or passed by greeted me pleasantly and with a smile!!"
"Great new lab, fast check-in, super friendly staff. Was in/out in 15 minutes. Received test results very quickly. Thank goodness COVID negative! Live in the UES but drove to Alliance on friends recommendation. Def worth the trip, but hope I don’t have to return ;)"
