"If you love to wait for over a month and still will not get your results, this is your dream company. I was contacted from a woman in my past to let me know I might have a daughter that I had no idea about. So after talking to her I went to Walgreens and purchased a rather expensive test package to conduct this DNA testing. Normally I research a company based on customer reviews BUT I neglected to do that here. Huge mistake. After sending off the test samples and paying a lot more money to actually run the test, I was told it would take 1 to 2 days to get results. Well after multiple emails to inform me of "TEST DELAY NOTICE", I received a request for more test samples, meaning probably lost the original. The young lady and i live in separate state, so having them send out more test swabs was a task. After mailing items to 3 separate states I finally got the 2cd test swabs in the mail. Besides the emails demanding full payment before any test would even start, which I paid immediately, I recieved an email on 07/01/2024 acknowledging they have received the samples. Today is 08/13/2024, I sent the duplicate samples on 08/09/2024 and not so much as a peep from them. If you have any other options to find answer on sensitive subject such as this, BY ALL MEANS TAKE IT. If by chance you try to call these people, you better have your plans for that day cleared. Ist call I was on hold for 1 hour and 36 minutes. That is their normal wait time. God forbid you need to be transferred to a different department, expect that wait time to double. Don't believe me? Just call the number of their website. Very quick to receive the funds but after that you are a second thought."

"If you want to get a paternity test, look elsewhere.This site is ran by a scammer, I can't say DDC is a scammer but this is definitely a fake site, mocking the real DDC. We bought an at-home test and was sent a fake made up result. We knew from the moment we saw the test it was fake. This is a life changing event and someone is out there playing with peoples livelihood. Anyone that has took paternity test from this site or fairfield ohio lab, please retake your test. We are in the process of retaking at a lab in our area. The crazy part is, we bought the test from CVS. We even showed the results to the pharmacies and they said it was fake and weren't sure how they were selling something that was a scam. Thankfully, we were issued a refund through CVS."

"I ordered the paternity kit and results came back. Couldn’t access files online and tried contacting several agents still no help nor response. Was a waist of my time and money!"

"My boyfriend had a test done the beginning of the month and paid in full. He got an email saying he would get the results on 3/15/24 at 6:30. He never did and has been calling since Monday, they said it was an issue with his name and they got that figured out and he would for sure get them the next day, he never did and we have called and called and it's 50+ minutes on hold each time to even get ahold of anyone and then they overtalk you and are super rude and hang up on you ! They keep saying they will be released that day and they never want to take care of anything while your on the phone. They " release" the results between 6pm and 7pm, after their closed and you can't call in and ask any more questions. I'm almost sure it's a scam at this point and they have $370 of our money! Would NOT recommend."

"I am writing this as I wait from the customer service department to answer my call. I’ve been in hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes (this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait an hour). They don’t even have a call back option so you have to keep holding. This sums up the experience. Just find another DNA testing agency that will actually have a customer service center, and is clear on the status of your case. I have a USCIS ask and these people can’t even give me an update. They somehow said 1 of the people doing the test was missing the last name. HOW??? They ask for your ID before you take the test so how can they not even get that right? When you first reach out to them.. their sales people are great. They will reply quickly and set you up but that’s because they want you to be a customer. Once you pay up… absolutely terrible experience. You’ve been warned."
