The Little Clinic

"Went to Little Clinic on Tues 12/26/23. Tested negative for strep & covid. NP said- “call if symptoms get worse”. Also “doctors note” says, “feel free to call with questions”. I called bc my symptoms DID get worse & tested positive on Wed 12/27 with covid. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN on ALL documentation, same number on website. Just wanted a script for covid “get better faster” without another copay but no one will answer the phone. I guess they really don’t care- super sad. They were nice in person but gave me a phone number no one answers & they know that. Let it ring for over 5 minutes each time- while they were “open”. Just sad & disappointed this is where we are with healthcare. Photo day after visit. No one will help me now. :( PS - just read last review. I too was told it was viral but tested negative for both. NP asked me if I wanted testing like I wouldn’t? I was told to “call” if symptoms got worse. Does that mean another visit & another copay? Super disappointed I was presented with options that truly aren’t available."

"I wish I could give ZERO stars. First off the place needs some work done, I was sitting there talking with the Dr. and water was dripping from the ceiling onto my leg! Secondly went in with terrible sore throat, fever, body aches for 5 days and didn't test for covid or strep. Said it was viral and it should be better in 2 more days or so and if not call back. So called back and was told to come back in for another appointment. Screw off, this place is a poor excuse for any type of medical practice. I will be contacting corporate about the condition of the office as well."

"I scheduled a physical days a head of time. I drive up to the little clinic, only to have a young lady unapologetically tell me that they are closed, and that there was literally no way to notify me a head of time. She said that I could cancel my appointment or reschedule. Did not reschedule, will not go back. This company/service is a sad example of the way things are becoming everywhere."

"First off, their hours are incorrect! They are only open until 430pm, not 730pm (as advertised). When I walked in (the second day in a row) for a covid test, she said they were "all booked up" even though there was no one waiting in line. When I asked why their hours weren't updated, she just shrugged it off like it wasn't her problem and told me all the other locations have the regular hours. Awful place! DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"i had an appointment, they prescribed me some nausea medicine. i had a reaction to the medicine and could not get in to the my regular doctor, so i made another appointment. the Nurse practitioner did not even see me, she just turned me down and said there was nothing she could do. she did not take me back at all, and told me she gave me “all that medicine” even though i was allergic to it. Pretty much a waste of my time, and i do not appreciate making an appointment just to be turned down. If you have an issue go ahead and schedule it at a different location"
