"I have tried calling multiple times to set up an appointment that my dr referred me for. I left a message once and never received a call back. The one time I got a hold of someone, she told me she would call me back in ten minutes because she was in the middle of another referral. She never called back. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone to schedule. I couldn’t get the online scheduling to work. Waste of time. Edit for response to Mindfully. Two weeks? I’m not talking about just this past weekend. Two weeks of trying to get a hold of someone. Take accountability."

"I love this facility. The staff is welcoming and professional. Jessica Baublitz is an amazing therapist. She was my therapist up until this past month since I changed job locations! I definitely recommend her if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or if you need someone to listen. She’s the one to do it."

"I wanna set the record straight, I have had a AMAZING experience with my therapist. The billing system and help received with billing is god awful. I have considered quitting therapy because I’m so stressed getting letters about collections, but when I log online it’s current. My wife has had the same experience, and I’m just dumbfounded the system is still this bad an NO ONE will call me back after 3 voicemails over 3 days. I understand people are under a lot of stress, and it’s the holidays, but as a business claiming to help people…. You need to get the billing figured out, get people in the billing department who aren’t condescending and don’t hate their job. Get a billing system that doesn’t force me to leave a useless voicemail that doesn’t go anywhere. Maybe get a better business manager or liaison for all this cause this has been an awful experience. *Updating my review as they got back to me and apologized for their negligence. Now I don't seem to stop getting reminder emails about the bill, which is way better than before! Lol"

"For $86 bucks an hour WITH INSURANCE, you'd think they'd provide good service. For a moment, it even seemed like it was. However, multiple attempts to contact my therapist, often within the same week, usually led to nothing. When I went into the hospital I alerted my therapist of my hospitalization. The day after i got out and before i was able to tell him, he informed me that he had canceled our next appointment (this was the day before the appointment was scheduled) i tried to get him to see me anyway, but he had already filled the slot and rudely told me my next appointment would be 15 DAYS LATER. Absolutely ridiculous. As with all therapists and therapy companies, they care more about money than they do about their patients. UPDATE: I called the office to let them know I wouldn't be returning after that, and they charged me no show fees! Awful company, awful service."

"All in all - would not recommend this place. I really enjoy my therapist, she's wonderful, but everyone other interaction I've had has made me question going back. For people who work in a place that focuses on individuals struggling with their mental health, they certainly don't ease my anxiety or make me feel comfortable. From my first visit, I have had nothing but poor service from the staff at Compass Point (again, aside from my actual therapist). My first visit, there was no receptionist on site to assist at the Kenwood location, and my therapist was 15 minutes late. When I called the main line, the receptionist was nothing short of rude and dismissive when I mentioned this. Every time I've called in, the people who answer the phones are less than helpful. I had a billing issue and called in several times between 5 PM - 7:30 PM (when they are supposed to be open), left a message and never received a call back. When I finally got through to the billing department, they were not at all helpful. I figured out the problem with my insurance company, and when I asked the person in the billing department if I could send over the updated information, she said "you can email it to me, but they are probably not going to cover it since it was in August" which caused me to reach out to my insurance company again to verify if they would cover it. Overall just a frustrating situation that could've easily been handled with "we will get this updated and let you know when we hear from your insurance company"."
