"This place has failed my son. His speech pathologist transferred locations in January and my son got put on a wait list and has not received an appointment since. We had appointments every/every other friday for the year prior and just out of nowhere lost our pathologist and any care at all. I would take your kids to a place that actually cares."

"I been going here for years with all my kids. The only reason they go is because it’s hard to find a kids only dentist in my area. This place is so unprofessional. The staff is horrible. There is 1 hygienist that is nice but all the others act like they don’t like kids, they are not nice at all. The front desk staff are even worse. They cancel appts the day off. They never follow up. You see a different dentist every time and they never know anything, they never follow up, they make promises they don’t keep. It’s taken 2 years for them to finally speak with my sons orthodontist. Only thing good is it’s for kids Review update 9 months later and still the rudest staff ever. Penny at the first desk needs to not work with the public"

"I want to give this place a higher score. Check in is quick and simple, you get called back to the room quickly. Assistants and nurses are always friendly and helpful. But the doctors. THEY. ARE. SO. SLOOOOOOW. I have never waited for less than 30 minutes in the exam room with an impatient child for the doctor. I genuinely don't understand why it takes them so long but it is infuriating. You know you practice medicine on children right? News flash - they are not patient. They either need to work more efficiently or have more doctors on staff, because it makes me never want to come back. What should be a 30-45 minute appointment almost always ends up being 90 minutes of pure torture. One time it was 2 hours and 15 minutes for a well check up. I will say though, the doctors are always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a primary care doctor that gets you in, out, and back to school/work quickly, look elsewhere. If it wasn't so much of a hassle to switch providers, I would have done it long ago just for this reason. We now go to Dayton Childrens Kids Express in West Chester for most everything except for annual check ups. They are amazingly fast."

"LOVE the Residents and Dental staff but the dyed redhead and platinum hair older ladies at the front desk can kick rocks with their rudeness. One of my sons has severe allergies and keeps a lingering cough when exposed to grass and pollen and they SWORE he had covid. I've worked in medical and I work in Law enforcement and are AWARE of protocols and I've rescheduled countless appointments due to my kids being sick. Don't group all parents together. All of us are not irresponsible . They are rude, just like the other reviews state. I put both of those ladies in their place and my son was seen immediately."

"My daughter needed to give a urine sample and their voicemail and our pediatrician said this location closes at 5:30. We walk in at 5:02 and the receptionist goes we close at 5:00. I told her our pediatrician through Children’s and the voicemail both say 5:30. She goes well I’ll see if the lab person is still here. She then goes back there, I hear them talking and she goes sorry she left when she comes back. Followed by we open again Monday morning. So incredibly rude and not helpful."
