"I used to come here monthly because it was close to my work, but never again. The last time I arrived for bloodwork, the woman was sitting with her feet up on the desk on her phone. It was 10 minutes until they closed. When she saw me walk in she said I don't have time for you and that she was off the clock. In the past, she was always a little rude but this was the last straw. I will drive the extra miles up the street to labcare plus where they are super friendly."

"My first and last trip to this location was a couple years ago. Hopefully, they have changed personnel and procedures since then. The person taking a blood draw poked around several spots and then started slapping the crook of my arm. I very nicely explained to her I preferred she draw from the back of my hand. My veins "roll" at the sight/smell of a needle and I see no reason to stick me 5 or 6 times and still not get it right. She firmly told me she was the expert, knew how to do her job, and would decide the best spot to draw. I said "no thanks" and got up and left. I kinda felt sorry for her. She must have had a very bad morning before work!"

"Needed bloodwork. I signed in at 10:50 AM on Saturday and was leaving with blood drawn by 10:59. That's not an exaggeration; the sole employee was clearly accustomed to getting patients in and out as fast as possible and had it perfected to an art. I'll come here every time I need work done if it's anywhere near this quick."
