"Very strange company. I had specific questions about them being in my insurance network and sending my results to my cardiologist and endocrinologist. There is absolutely no way to speak to anyone via phone to answer my questions. Very bizarre company and I will no be using their services."
"Very disappointing experience today. Waited 20 minutes, light was off in the receptionist area, 3 people waiting ahead of me, and not one person came to the window. Had to give them a 1 star to post, but they really deserved a no star."
"This is our go to lab for bloodwork! We usually get in & out in a timely manner and the girls are always nice. They have a new check in kiosk, fairly simple to use. Mornings seem to be pretty busy and will probably result in a little wait so we always go in the afternoons. Parking is close, first floor so no elevators, and easy to access if you're disabled. Definitely recommend!"
"Avoid this place. First, comically slow. Second, their check-in system is truly confused -- they actually have a sign that says not to use the tablet to check-in if one has an appointment, and they send a text to verify if you have an appointment, and the staff has no clue how to work with that system. You wait and wait as walk-ins get served and appointments just sit there. They do not seem to know what they are doing. This used to be a very efficient place to get a draw, but not any longer. Summa's bad for trying to save a few $$."
