"I’m sorry but I work in the healthcare field and to close your office 45minutes early stating it’s due to patient volume when there’s one patient there is unacceptable. I completely understand what it’s like to close an office at the end of the day but to stop taking patients at 415 when the office is open until 5 and is also the only urgent care around that’s supposed to be open at that time is just crazy to me. Please update your office hours."

"I had a great experience here! The nurse practitioner saw me first, tag-teaming with the vitals person to make my visit quick and easy. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! I will be back if any other urgent care is needed!"

"Nice receptionist told me they were closed three hours before Google listed hours and two hours before their own time sticker on the door. They close at 4:30 on Friday and no one at UH has bothered to correct the time online or on their signage. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CURRENT HOURS"

"The LPN here is great, so friendly and you can tell he loves his job. But the wait time is ridiculous. I check in at 5:43 and didn’t leave til after 7:30. Waiting room only had 1 person when i checked in. ANNOYED ."

"When I walked up to the counter the lady just stared at me. So I stared back. Until an awkward few moments and then she said "Can I help you? " not hello. How can I help you today? Then she proceeds to tell me they have a new system and it will take 45 minutes for them to just check me in....then she changed it and said it will probably be an over an hour. I also had called prior to going in to see if they were open. You think she could have told me this over the phone. I ended up going to the new summa urgent care in which they were very nice and got me in within 15minutes. UH please work on your customer service. Although Healthcare is needed, people do not need to go to you when there are other options."
