"I visited the West Side Family Practice (University Hospital) today for a routine appointment. I was treated terrible by Kristen who was rude and irritated with me for asking simple questions. She proceeded to slam the door in irritation as well as told me to schedule future appointments with another Doctor. Three of the nurses were also talking about me in the hallway for myself and others to overhear my medical history. As I was leaving I asked for the corporate phone number and the office manager said there was no number. After which I called another branch of University Hospital and was immediately given the phone number. Overall terrible office staff all around, rude, arrogant, and share personal information about patients! I would highly recommend you to visit any other medical office in the area."
