"Went to this facility to support a family member. After the visit, the doctor asked for lab work to be completed. Upon arrival in the lab area there was only one other person waiting. They came and left as we sat there patiently waiting. During this time no other patients came in for about 30 minutes. Eventually one did and after checking in they were called back within a minute. At that time, I went up to see what the hold up was. She then went to check and came back and said the lab technician had already left for the weekend and she did not realize they never called us back. There was literally nobody else in the waiting room, so I'm not sure what else she could have been doing, but this was as bad as it gets."
