"Went for an easy blood draw. They poked my arms for 5 minutes and that was it. I've never had a problem getting labs. Always been 1 try. Needless to say I did not get my blood drawn. The girl doing it looked kinda nervous. There were 2 and they were debating on which 1 should do it. When the practitioner isn't confident the patient isn't either. I really needed this done today."

"You make an appointment one week in advance but when you get there they say they can't find your appointment their were 3 other people there that it also happen too we need another business that does blood draw"

"Appointment scheduled for 12:30 on my lunch break. Waited over a half an hour past the appointment time. Like 5 people sitting in the lobby and nobody is being called back."

"If I could give anything less than one star I would. I have not had a good experience at this lab yet. I took my brother-in-law there for blood work and a urine test. He didn't have to go and they didn't let him sit for 10 to 15 minutes until he could. We had to come back with the urine and even though the paperwork was with the sample we had to check in scan cards and wait for a lab tech. He is 75 years old with dementia. He was trying to pull his sleeve down while carrying his coat, gloves, and urine test kit. They are very arrogant about their importance and don't consider the patient as being the most important part of the medical team."

"Went to get blood work done for Dr checked in at the IPad said I might have a wait that was fine. Guy in front of me supervisor on duty tried to deny because she didn’t have the time and had to pick up her kids at school. After he argued back and forth with him she took him. I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before she came out to tell me she wouldn’t be waiting on me because I didn’t have an appointment when I just checked in. I told her I work 2 jobs and I’m here to get it done. She refused to take me. Poor customer service your job is done when the customers are all taken care of not when your kid needs picked up from school"
