When I returned to pick up the ring it was the wrong diamond. Gary left the store and went to find his jewelry repair person. He managed to get the ring finished before our ship left. He told us a story about getting a client onto a ship with a crane. Thankfully we made the gangplank. Gary made us feel like part of the family. When the stone became loose on my ring he made sure that it was fixed properly and had the ring modified for me at his own expense. I will be a customer for life.
