"My wife was searching for a reliable jeweler when we arrived in Juneau. Jewels by Kris popped up in her search. When we visited the store, we were greeted by Kai. He had a very calm disposition and was most attentive and patient as my wife wandered around the store looking at the very impressive pieces on display, and answering her many questions. He was also very knowledgeable in his craft. We then met Kris, the owner of the store - an equally impressive gentleman. Both Kai & Kris did not at any time 'force' or pressurize us in any way to buy anything from them. They were genuine and only interested in ensuring that we were well taken care of while we were in their store.
